client bugged after game ended, no chest loot received

So after the game ended the window bugged and nothing loaded to allow me to view the screen. I could however view the window using Alt+tab and see I received a S- for a 12/0/1 game. It says I have 4 chests available currently. Has something like this happened before where the game does load back to lobby and the window doesnt show in Windows 10 OS?
