RIOT modifying key binding file

is modifying your key-bindings to allow for Attack-Move-Click on your left click? Is this still acceptable or should not touch them to not get banned?

i see many youtube videos in how to do this and it would make things easier

as it stands modifying the game is a very fine line. You might want to not do it until you get some form of permission from riot. Best way to do that is to open a support ticket and ask them about it.
