Ping Spam Instead of Helping

You guys that like to ping your teammate 20 times with '?' when they get stunned instead of helping them, when you are literally right next to them, stop please, that's not what pings are meant for, thanks.

I love the idea of the person who is disrespectful enough to do this, but respectful enough to stop because some random dude asked in a forum...

Not to necessarily defend the ping spam, but a lot of the time "helping" isn't really possible.

In a siege situation, if the ADC makes the unforced error of wandering into the front line and getting hit and deleted, help is impossible. Nothing in the game is going to save that squishy from his mistake, the siege situation is now likely lost, and it's hard to even fathom the thought process that would go into a squishy marksman moving to the front line in a 5v5 scenario. I don't participate in ping spam, but in situations like that, I can relate to the spammer.

ping spam is limited to 5 per 30 secs or something

Yeah, I've been getting that a lot lately. Thank god for ping mutes. I honestly don't see the point, it just throws me off and tilts me slightly. Usually I do it right back at them when they die, whether it was a stupid death or not.

I probably should knock that off.
