there needs to be a system for pregame lobby.
i shouldnt see people calling other people r%%%%%s and to kys immediately. i shouldnt have to play a game with that.

Seems fair! I assume Riot will get right on that (hard as the task may be). After all, they have such a large playerbase (as they will insist) that this request isn't too much to expect, relatively speaking.
