Flex queue griefing

In far too many games do I get players that come in with the attitude that "haha it's just flex queue who cares if we win or lose" that completely ruin the game for everyone trying to win. As often as I get these players I can't imagine it's cracked down on too heavily but it really ruins the experience of flex. Just wanted to get my thoughts out there so hopefully this gets regulated a bit more because it's really unfun to play these types of games and really kills my drive to queue up again.

Prime examples of peoples mentality down below that ruin the matches for other people. This is a problem that needs to be dealt with.
