getting hacked?

a dude just said he would hack my account becuse i have a really bad game. pretty much the whole team have a bad game. gp said "i havent play in 1 year. " he were 0/7. blitz said report noob team he were 1/4/0 my self were sadly 0/7 becuse we banned draven and someone stole vayne. so i needed to play jinx wich i didnt have so much pratice on. and this dude were even my friend. we played 2 games and he were super positive and happy. but whoops. next game we give away first blood then 3 mins later double kill. and then he started with "noob team report we lost surrender".

our last conversation: him: say good bye to ac%%%% me: sigh him: at 9 o clock ur acc is hacked me: do u know how many times i here this him then u get a message me: really? him: yes but i hack rly me: yeah sure so why at 9 o clock and not now huh? him: cuz i want give u some time to say good bye o your acc me: goodbye account him: so dont me: hack my account now i said goobye to it :) him :at 9 o clock me: ur just another kid so try to make me scared.

we all have bad games. sometimes REALLY BAD GAMES. but is it right to tell those players "i will hack u and you will get banned"?
