Dissapointing to see that Riot is not taking tickets seriously.

Well, i decided to, when there is a serious reportable player to report it, besides reporting it in game, to write him a ticket(I'm talking about hard verbal abuse or harras) and to provide a photo of the chat (proof of what that player has said). In one game, the enemy adc was so angry that decided to harras me and my team for him getting feeders/trolls and the top laner afk(he was feeding as well). He harrased us by saying how bad we were and when one of my teammate said "You mad?" he wrote back "Kys". I wrote him a ticket to Riot and i got a response from them that they will investigate the situation. I asked them to check the chat logs of that specific player and they said they will investigate it. And guess what? Neither the IFS and Riot took action. I can't prove that he wrote those letters to you here in the boards, but the guys from Riots' player-behvior team can do it. He is still able to play(i know this beacuse i checked his OP.GG to see how effective Riot was). I am just profound disappointed about how Riot's seriousness on tickets like these. If I am wrong somewhere, please feel free to correct me. I would really like to hear y'all opinion on this.

So how are you certain he hasn't received a chat ban? How do you know he isn't in a ban hot list now? You cannot know that. Let riot do their job don't worry they are banning these guys alright.

First, the post screen is the most efficient reporting method. It scans the game within a few minutes of the report. Tickets can take several days if Support is busy.

Second, not getting an IFS notice does not mean no punishment.

Third, "Zero Tolerance" is a buzzword that sounds better than "Low" or "Minimal Tolerance". It's a one and done policy.

They wouldn't tell you over a ticket if they punished someone or not. And your report may not have been the trigger for the review that punished him. Someone else who reported for the game could have been.
