MY ACCOUNT IS PERMANENTLY SUSPENDED.
What Happened: So, I log into league one day, and it says that my account has been "permanently suspended" due to "the use of malicious 3rd party programs or modifications to your League of Legends client. We believe that all players should play on equal footing in an effort to promote competitive sportsmanship. You should be aware that modifying your League of Legends client is against the Terms of Use".
I have NEVER hacked/scripted, had someone else play on my account, gave my password away, or fell for any of those "free RP" scams. No one knows my account details except for me. Also, no games were played on my account by some hacker, because I checked na.op.gg. All the games were played by me and me only.
I don't want to get angry or anything, but I just want to know why I was banned and when I will get unbanned. Because, as of know, I have been banned forever for no reason. I thoroughly read the Terms of Service and Summoner's Code, and it is clear that I have not broken a single rule. I'm just a good od' player trying to play some games.
The ban was not from the tribunal, and I was not a toxic player at all. It seems like I'm being banned for scripting/hacking, but I am clearly not. I hope Riot Games finds that I was banned and overturned it. I sent in a ticket and it has been over a day without a reply (I've never had to send a ticket before so I don't know how long it takes). Anyway, I hope it was an accident that they banned me, but does anyone know how to get Riot to help, or what should I do?

Sorry for the long post, i'm just really scared for my account and love the game, so I can't go so long without playing! I would love if you kind souls could help bring this to Riot's attention :) Maybe it's a glitch and they're banning people on accident!
