honestly I have never been the kind of toxic player that deserves reports for behavior I do understand that you get punished by the system for having at least 2 games back to back in which you say something that can be reportable but the thing is that ever since i had a 2 week ban i had tried to stray away from even communicating with my own team to obviously avoid someone reporting me and the other night i just went on a crazy binge playing ranked back to back non stop over 10 hours and i had said something in 2 games that got my account banned. I honestly believe riot needs to change their flaw automated insta perma system because there are players out there like me who don't try to make this game negative for people yet we struggle with other players who DO make the game a hell for us and cause us to lose our minds here and there. I had only played ranked since last season ended up in silver 4 then new season kicked in and i was set to bronze 4. been struggling to past promos from bronze 4 because there is always someone in my team (me included, but most games i honestly carry if not all the time, and i don't start blaming people either about it ) that manages to throw games then proceed to verbal abuse or harass other players in both teams. I was not in a right mental state to have played the game in the long hours i did and i let my mind get the best of me at the turning point in which they decided to ban my account.

so if i can't get my account back, i already made peace with it maybe time to move on from this game for good because honestly its done nothing for me positively anyways. I lose sleep, and many hours in my life i dedicated myself to this game and while i try to keep the most positive attitude in the fields of justice riot deems me as a toxic player who doesn't deserve the respect to play their game so be it.

But i would like to say something that while it may be irrelevant to the game itself this is something i found interesting while watching their latest episodes of /ALL CHAT in which the one titled "role stereotype" we see a riot employee (i think its phreak) calling a group of kids "dumbasses and fucking idiots"

SO that behavior from part of riot is acceptable and totally ok? they are allowed to cuss and use explicit language as much as they deem like while punishing others who do the same ? how does that make sense? moral of the story don't ever spend over 5000 dollars in a game where they don't care about their own summoner's code, they just want your money. This company doesn't have real morals for them to be judging others themselves, i can see it from their attitude towards summoners like me who have tried to do better and change their behavior but had a fallout which shouldn't have happened but hey, that's life.

on the plus side, i guess i can finally say i got out of bronze , ayeeee.

That's Phreak.
It's staged. While in solo queue, you're playing with complete strangers who doesn't know a single thing about you & reports you. You don't get to have reports when you're playing with real friends.
Compare to Phreak calling them dumbasses once, and tons of other threads which shows all the OPs who repeatedly trash-talked on his teammates for more than 20 lines.

moral of the story don't ever spend over 5000 dollars in a game where they don't care about their own summoner's code, they just want your money.

Not logical since you wanted to spend money, since Riot never put you at gunpoint to buy RP.

being staged doesn't give them any legitimate reason to still use those words IN ANY WAY SHAPE OF FORM. If they have such high standards of summoner's code and they emphasize respect then they shouldn't use those words themselves be it staged or not, this game is intended for 12 year olds and any kid who would watch that video would listen to those words but oh "its staged" no its ok to be blatantly offensive because they are the ones who own the company, and like you said its staged. so valid.

Also they like to throw out these statistics like "you are among 0.0006%" toxic enough to get permabanned. while i can guarantee you that is not true from playing this game over 5 years and on i see that kind of behavior on a daily if not 80% of times. and yea i know its not logical since i wanted to spend money, and money shouldn't be brought up in these type of discussions but at the same time try to see it from my point of view where i glorified this game and i had played it since season 2 i had never been punished by the system like this in over 5 years of playing and it really is a shame to see them do this over something that could've avoided because the person that reported me doesn't even deserve to play this game any more than i do . and i don't care for retaliation i just care for a real system that can separate the toxic trolls from the people who made mistakes that don't deserve that type of punishment.

as a final point compare the games where i from the beginning i was always positive with my team and throughout the game win or lose i would try to lead my team to victory and i wouldn't be the kind to call people scrubs or disrespect enemy team and just have a good time and be friendly to everyone compared to the VERY few games I lost my mind over someone who just came in and blatantly fed over 3 deaths first 10 min of game then proceeded to flame others. I had games where people would just decide to race to base and let enemy team kill them over no reason and others where someone feeds and calls other feeders and names. I am no those people and having been playing way too much ranked lately i can say it is one of the most toxic things to do more than anything because you will always find yourself helpless in many games no matter how good you do and others just ruin the game for you and cause you to have meltdowns. we are human and error is one of our biggest traits, a computer system is not and that is why they are wrong. they don't care about the many games where you were positive and congratulated your team mates and showed respect to enemy team, they just want you to mess up once or twice and then immediately ban you just like that.

They can do whatever they like in any shape or form, it's their company. Also the T doesn't stand for Twelve, it stands for Teen, that's the rating. In movies and art typically one F-bomb is allowed per movie/show that is rated PG-13 or higher, etc.

You said you got silver 4 last season when you just started up ranked, but youve been playing for 5 years?

claiming you made a mistake is a good thing, but that doesn't mean you don't have to pay for it, you mention toxic trolls, but didn't already get your fair share of warnings? if you went on a ranked binge you should of definitely been prepared to behave, especially on your last life.

Everyone claims they are human and they make mistakes, and that's good, but yeah if you've had your warnings, they'll show you the door, I've played for 3 years, never chat restricted, never banned, never muted, nothing, I don't trash talk my teammates, or say passive aggressive things in chat, so why should players like me, be forced to play with people who blow up and can't behave themselves after 3 strikes?

i have been playing this game since season 2 but never had played ranked matches until last season because i was not confident in my skills to play ranked from the get go obviously, back when i tried to play ranked and did bad i would always get flamed for doing bad in games and have the whole team say things like " you are forfeiting my LP, etc.." so i didn't bother to play ranked until last season and i did my placements and ended up in silver 4.

Now i totally feel you that you shouldn't be paired up with toxic players like me cause apparently i am one by riot's standards but at the same time i know who i am as a person and i know that i don't deliberately choose to play this game to verbally abuse or harass people every chance i get. riot decided to give me a 2 week ban about a month ago without chat restricting me (and that's fine, i know they don't have to start from the lowest tier of punishment all the time) but i did try my very best to do a better job at being positive and follow the rules after that vowing to never compromise my account. Like i said only until i started playing ranked did i get this problems where i would face myself in situations where either i was flamed for telling my team mates to stop feeding (i can understand bad games but some people really just don't have bad games, they just choose to deliberately make mistakes over and over, and when you try to make it right some will just bash you for it) i know you are supposed to keep quiet and i know if you don't like something you can mute and use ping system but honestly if you are ever in bronze you will understand the frustration in the fact that you are more than likely to be paired up with people who will not only feed but abuse others, because when i was in silver i didn't face these problems people were decent enough at the game to know mistakes and to know how to abide by rules. My problem was my stubbornness at playing this game at a competitively level that gave exploited my patience to the point where i just couldn't help myself but tell people the truth. the consequences have happened and I'm already moving on from this i honestly think its for the better. But goes back to my point that not everyone who gets perm banned deserves it.

I know for a fact that if i wasn't the try hard person that would've ever decided to play ranked i still would've had my account because i wouldn't face the frustration and struggle of other people ruining this game for me.

I got perma banned today for saying jinx was a weak champ in 1 game and urgot was weak in the game after that.... I had just got off the 2 week suspension so I made sure to not talk at all in chat since I didn't want my account to get banned, but casually i said jinx was a weak champion (IN MY OPINION) which i also stated, after he kept repeating why he didn't get why he was feeding. I literally said nothing else to him all game. We lost he reported me for being "toxic" , and I got perma banned.. Feelsbadman I guess you just can't use chat in this game
