/remake for Trolls? @Riot Should other steps be taken...

I love the idea of /remake; it gives opportunities to play the game over. With that grand idea it had me thinking today, " What can be done about these [in game] trolls??" So i came to this conclusion and id love for a rioter and the league community to hear me out.

What if there was a part 2 of remake. /trollonteam and instead of your whole team punishing just one player who is playing back because we've all had bad games, the vote also goes to the other team. Hopefully, and i know in higher ranks they would respect the other teams decision about the troll and also agree. At that time the game will end and the troll would be punished.

I got to thinking of these things when i was in a gold 4 game playing as anivia carrying like 14-5 something ,and my top maph trolled randomly mid game and laughed as a 3 man team came to kill him, then a soraka support trolled us in chat and stayed in fountain till the game was over. sigh.
