15 Games, 12 Afk's or Rage quits.

This is just getting ridiculous. Im seriously stumped on how we are supposed to have a healthy community when players who routinely rage quit or just fail to connect are not being punished or pushed to improve. I have been stuck in this Ello for more then 150 games now. Im recognizing names and seeing the same people who quit after the first gank play in my same games over and over. If im not allowed to dodge according to riot, what the hell am i supposed to do?

If you are not overly toxic, there are more afk in the opponents team than in yours.

Also it seems to me that the reason you can't climb is your artistic and original yet ineffective way of building and picking your masteries :

stop playing ranked. i did. the system is broken to begin with, then when you add all the stuff you mention, it just falls apart.

I got a similar experience as the guy above.Thank god i'm going to work for the summer season.This ranked system is a joke beyond jokes.I was Gold 4 with 83 LP and a 50.6 winning rate.I was having good or bad games.It doesn't matter who won.But getting afkers/griefers in 25 our of 30 games IN MY TEAM ONLY?

I can't accept that.
