i never got banned before.when i finished a game today.i can't keep playing. i swear i never leave one game.and i try to relog it. and it said my acc had been perman banned. the message told me to check my email. But i even don't get an email!!!
If you were permabanned due to toxicity & you refuse to post your chat logs, then this thread is meaningless.
If you don't have the email for whatever reason then you need to submit a support ticket.

And some permabans are for issues other than behavior, such as a problem with a credit card or suspected security breach, and can be overturned once the issue gets resolved. That's why you need to check your email.
