I've gotten a leaverbuster, and I can already tell that I'm gonna get more. The reason? My computer regularly refuses to function with League. Every time the client is closed, I cannot load into my first game and my next game comes up after about 10 minutes... What can I do?
Not play League. if you are gonna end up dcing dont play, simple.

While you probably aren't going to like hearing this, the answer is to not play.
When playing team-based multiplayer online games (especially MOBAs where you can't be replaced or leave mid-game), it is your responsibility to ensure that you have a reliable connection and system.
tl;dr Don't queue up when you know your computer has issues; fix them first.
send a ticket to Riot's support and ask for technical help. They'll suggest things for you to do based on your technical specifications.
