Clearly I got tiled and started calling the enemy Jax a "pussy" and "pathetic" because I kept getting ganked, because I didn't have any wards. But I'm not really sure why I was 14 day banned for this. And I'm not with-holding a second game, this is really the only game. I'm kinda confused because I never flamed anyone on my team. The only thing I said to my team was "so free", "hang back j4", and "and smite it". Maybe I'm in the wrong but I can't really understand this ban

There are definitely some insults and some unsportsmanlike behavior in this chat log. I can definitely see a punishment being issued for this, and I suspect that if you received a 14-day ban or a permanent ban for this Behavior then you have a punishment history which is an important part of the conversation. Subsequent punishments continually escalate unless sufficient good behavior has elapsed in the interim.

I bet you had a chat restriction before, didn't learn from it, went in more games, decided to call other players "pussies" , even though you know what happened last time you did something similar, got reported, got banned, and now don't want to admit that it was indeed your fault and you didn't reform.

If you've had a history of prior punishments, they might have just elevated your punishment to grab your attention and let you know that your behavior isn't acceptable. If you've never had any chat restrictions before, then this might be an edited log or a false positive.
