Recently moved to JP server, don't speak their language and have no friends so I asked everyone pre game chat and once during game if anyone speaks English so that I can make friends. I notice jg is feeding his ass off, I am 7-1 mid and know I can carry, instead of berating him, blaming him or criticising him, I offer a solution telling him that if he groups with me, he will stop feeding and get back into the game.

Team wanted to surrender - I explain to the team positively that its not hard to win, play it out.

I remind the jg that he needs to listen to pings if he wants to get back into the game, follow macro play and group with his team to win.

none of this is abusive, and the other two games are very similar, one game where I said the 'f' word, but overall following the summoners code where I was focusing on whats happening in the future, not beating people down from their mistakes, and playing as a team.

I sent a ticket to riot, explaining to them that their system has made a mistake, but I think this is very unfair for myself and I actually wonder how many other accounts would suffer penalties unfairly from automated systems.

Unless you have images you failed to post, this looks like a snapshot of a portion of game three out of three games. The image posted itself doesn't look super problematic, but without the context of the rest of that game or the other two games it's impossible for us to determine if this chat restriction is appropriate.

Since you seem to be using the jail metaphor, this is roughly equivalent of judging a shoplifting case on a recording of someone driving into a gas station, rather than on the video footage of whatever they did while inside. It's lacking most of the evidence relevant to the case.

where are the rest of the chatlog? The IFS reviewed your entire 3 game chatlogs and if you any kind of meaningful discussion, then we need to review them all in its entirety unedited. What's the point of discussing cherry-picked snippet?
