Riot player behavior policy questions

If somebody tells you to kys, but wasn't asked to stop. Will one be banned OR warned, assuming this behavior from this player was reported first time ? (in most cases) If somebody tells me to kys and was warned about meaning of kys after this, but used it 2nd time or stated that he is aware of this meaning will one be banned OR warned ? (in most cases) If I ask player to stop verbal abusing me, but one keeps doing it ,given I didn't mute him, will this player be warned or/and given penalty, given this player was reported first time ? (in most cases) Does using or not using mute button affect the reportability of player to whom this buttom was or wasn't applied, given muting him would automatically prevent him from verbal abusing you more ?

UPD: I am talking about reporting player to Riot support with proofs, not just in-game (but also inlcuding it).

"kys" (among others) is a zero tolerance phrase and automatically enforced. If someone says it, and they're reported, they will absolutely receive a 14 day ban within minutes. No human interaction will happen.

See previous - context doesn't matter in this case.

Now it's a bit more murky. It generally takes a few games of verbal abuse for someone to receive their first slap on the wrist (which is a 10 game chat ban). Muting may or may not factor into the system - Riot doesn't share the deep details of how it works. Generally though, you're better off muting first and asking questions later. "Asking someone to stop" is just noise. If they're trolling, now they'll just troll harder. If they're mad, now they're just gonna be more mad.
