14 day account ban, flagged for quoting our toxic top laner [Murky Territory]

Hello. I was playing a game with a Bard Jgl that was going pretty poorly. I was duoing with my brother botlane and noticed the top laner was getting pretty feisty with the comments and started throwing out homophobic slurs. The bard was doing.. pretty poorly. But I decided not to get into it. Told chat I was gonna mute all and Top Ornn goes "Mute me then" and so I did. Didn't talk for the rest of the game. We lost.

After game everyones throwin accusations everywhere. I tell Bard they were "dogshit". He tells me hes gonna report me. I tell him how can he report me when Ornn is the one being toxic and throwing homophobic slurs. I quote his slur (My mistake). I tell Bard that if he reports Ornn Ornn will get banned because his words will flag in riots report system, and then say this is a competitive game, even in norms. If he doesnt want people to get upset with him for not taking norms seriously then "get gud or stfu".

I understand that I should not have called him dogshit. I understand that I shouldnt have quoted Ornns words back to him. But For the entire year Ive worked to watch what I say in chat and do well in my games and mute myself and others when things get heated in game. Ive gotten 14 day banned before, and was crushed to think I lost out on end of season rewards so I worked really hard to get my honor level back. It seems cruel that because of one petty report from a jungle lacking the grit to take criticism Ill miss out on my (once in a lifetime) 10 year anniversary rewards. Ive been hyped about them for the past day and a half, telling all my friends about league and all the awesome new games coming out. Im also in love with the Annie-versary skin, that I wont get any other way besides playing during the anniversary.

I understand if its decided that Im simply too toxic. But I just want to say the truth:

I DID not and WILL not say homophobic slurs. I was telling my Bard that Ornn would have gotten banned for saying F-----. I do not think I should be banned for that. But thats besides the point.

Reading back.. thats pretty harsh. But I dont think it warrants a 14 day ban. Maybe chat restriction. But Im just here to state my case. I hope I can get this figured out in time for Riots 10year celebration. For those whove read this, thank you for your time. I hope we can talk about this.

Tldr: I played a bad game with a bard jungle. (35% winrate) Ornn top was being toxic and calling him homophobic slurs. After game I agreed with Ornn and told Bard he was useless. Bard reported me. Report got flagged because I quoted Ornns homophobic slurs, I think.
