[CLIENT] [GAMEPLAY] Game will not respond after entering game, tried restarting client multiple time

I cant move, enter shop, type in chat, or use abilities. THe game WILL not respond to any input. I have been sitting in fountain for over 25 minutes now. Tried restarting client, shutting everything off, nothing works.

You can reproduce the issue by: Entering a draft game with people who are sub-level 30. Thats it. Thats all I did.

I was playing as Ezreal, with the Star GUardian skin.

Very annoying, especially if it results in a LeaverBuster through no fault of my own
