Lack of Riot caring about anything

So last week I had a rather toxic person on the other team. He wasn't bad in game, in fact he was the only one that did well on their team. After the game he sent me a friend invite, so I thought.. Oh cool, the guy liked the way I played or how I performed and wanted to talk/duo together. Nope, he just wanted to flame me and tell me to jump infront of a car and kill myself. Well of course there is no way to know that he was going to do this after the game, because he had been quiet and said nothing after the game. But of course riot doesn't have a way to report someone after the lobby is gone. So i take a screen shot of what he said, sent it to riot support under a random ticket, because everything re directs you to the forums instead of them taking any kind of action themselves. They get back to me a few days later with their "solution" and all it says is not to add people that are toxic to you in game. It's like they don't even read shit before they reply. This is only one case, I submit several of these kinds a month usually. But nothing ever changes, and they never tell you what they have done to try and fix the problem, only some bullshit copy and paste answer that they select from a board, slap your name on it, then tell you to eat it.

It kinda sucks when this happens after friending someone. But, should you expect someone that's toxic in game to behave differently out of the game? Have you expected this trend to be different across the multiple players that fall into this category?

Further, you have so much control over the text you see outside of the game. I think they have some concern for chat outside of the game, but not when you already know they're toxic. It's like taking your head and slamming it in a locker.

They were completely fine in game.. That's the thing.. They purposefully wait till after the game.. pretending to be nice, to get you to accept them, then they flame you because they know Riot doesn't do anything about it outside of the post game lobby, where they actually have to do something besides look at a popular vote and ban them from there.

The great thing about that is he will have what's coming to him. I'm sure you're not the first person he's done this too.

He will regret it if he continues.
