I'd like to address the boting problem, during daytime NA.
Too many scripters, day time NA. I know its a way people farm but, it's ruining the game imo. It's also against the ToS.
More, frequent patches maybe?

they ban them in waves, so it makes it harder for the botters to know what was detected.
All we can do as players is to report them and make Riot aware of them.
I mostly encounter them at night.
I encourage anyone who has proof of a bot in a game, report it to riot. Also, if you have a video of a bot or, some sort of proof you may post it here and, i'll see if i can report it myself.
They should have let dominion exist and let it be a bot fest over there. Sadly the only way to prevent bots is to get a more aggressive hack prevention program, the problem with that is that it might also terminate unrelated programs running on the background. Once in a game I got terminated my encrypter and well 4h down the drain.
I just had 3 games in a row with bots in each one, except a couple now had 'bot sitters' who protect the bot saying it's only their new friend.. but if you watch the movement and turret diving and other repetitive bot behaviors it's pretty obvious
I'm pretty sure all the people saying "no there aren't bots in my games" are either using scripts themselves, or they aren't paying attention to some of the obvious signs.
A bot? No.
Someone with a skillshot script of some kind (either hitting or dodging)? Yes. Mostly in ARAM, though.
