Reports should be limited and renewed weekly or Monthly.

It is my opinion that unlimited reports render the reporting system almosty useless for a number of reasons:

New or inexperienced players are unnecessarity reported. Trolls, smurfs, cheaters, boosters etc slip through the cracks as there are simply too many reports to go through daily.

Let's say everyone had 2 to 4 reports per week, then people would be compelled to work together versus giving up and sending in a report hoping for a solution.

Also, people with think twice before wasting a report card and instead using it when absolutely necessasy.

Also, on it's part, Riot would take more time looking at reports and actually doing some thing about it.

False reports don’t result in any kind of punishment, there’s no reason to limit what people should be able report. Machine learning requires lots of data to really shine.

Reports don't do anything if the system doesn't find problematic behavior (a report without problematic behavior is what people are referring to as a false report). All limiting reports would do, therefore, is mean people don't have a way to alert the system to players who are problematic if they run into them after they're out of reports.

Can confirm new players being reported won't count.

I myself when I first tried twisted treelike built 6 dorans on Annie simply because I could afford them and didn't know what else to build lmfao

Also limiting reports just means people who actually do troll can get away simply because their team is out of reports. And it doesn't factor the chance that people do get flamed or trolled multiple games in a row sometimes

This would be unfairly gearing it towards people who play less games.

It also sets up people to get away scott-free for their poor behavior simply because they lucked out and everyone already expended their reports.

I don't want a punishment system based on luck.

Or they can just educate people that false reports don't do anything.

They also need a vent button. And /note doesn't cut it.

Basically all you need to know, is what Djinn said. All this would do is mean when people run out of reports, they cant report problematic behavior that Riot is trying to prevent/deter. And thats the whole point of the system in the first place.
