14 day bans

Recently, I was banned for behavior that could hardly be considered that toxic, despite over 100s of games that I played, the 3 games they provided as evidence against me seemed unjust for the 14 day ban they gave to me. Now my problem isn't that I'm not an overall toxic player, I am, I know that, its why I'm stuck in silver instead of reaching my higher potential, but I feel that works for me, because sometimes I'm the bad guy and I have a bad game and play bad and then continue playing worse as my teammates egg me on so then I'm no longer trying, and other times I'm carrying my team, its split about 50/50. No my problem is that the chat logs they choose to use as evidence against me weren't nearly close to the most toxic I've been. This makes me feel like the system is completely arbitrary, since in the past I had been much more toxic for longer periods of time, and received twice in over two years of playing a single 5 game chat restriction. It makes me feel like even though I have improved my behavior partially, or as much as I believe is definitely above the top .2% of negative players. I was still banned for 14 days for two single bad games that I had were players on both teams were being just as toxic to me.
