On the off chance you don't understand why you were punished, I will explain.

First, you were on a chat restriction. This of course limits your chat, but also makes the system a bit more aware of you.

Second, you used zero tolerance words. ZT results in a 14 day ban if reported. Once the ban is done, you will be on thin ice for a long while. Anything that may trigger a CR, will be warrant for a perm instead.
