So I was recently banned because I got pissed at the jax that was trolling and he called me names and I called him some stupid stuff too and I got banned but he didn't receive a ban for his trolling literally gave me aids the whole game he wouldnt even help one of us and its a twisted tree line.

I just wanna know why I get banned when he just trolled us all game, I understand the flaming part but seriously I got banned and he trolled us all game and received a chat restriction actually done with this game spent over 1.5k cash on this game aint spending anymore so enjoy the free cash.

You are banned/punished for your own actions, and your own actions only. If he received a chat restriction and your received a ban, it's because your account has a worse punishment history than his, likely. Each previous punishment raises the severity of the next punishment received unless the account's behavior has been sufficiently good to drop it down a tier.

All of this is why you are punished. As you said, you understand the flaming part, so I'm not sure what the concern here is -- the system is working if both of you received punishments.

I think it is possible that this led to a punishment, but he had already had a 14-day then. Every punishment after a 14-day is a perma, no matter how small the offense.

No. It must've been through multiple games. Also, he could've had nothing beforehand if his other games were bad enough.

Ooooh yes it is. These logs alone would have easily earned a chat restriction. Depending on the player's report history, it's possible that they could have even escalated someone up to a 14 day suspension. I don't know that they would have taken someone to a first punishment permaban, but if he already had a temporary suspension, then he was warned in that email that any further rule violations could trigger a permaban, and there are quite a few things in these logs. Cursing out teammates, hate speech, threatening to afk, using reports/bans as a form of harassment/threat, etc. Any one of those would be enough to do it. It does not take multiple games to trigger a permanent suspension if the player is already at the last punishment tier, or if the offenses in a single match are severe enough.

You only got one chat log? Even still, this stuff is pretty bad. You state you're going to afk (griefing/giving up) you harass other players, and you call another player retard. I consider retard hate speech, as it does slight one group based on their intellectual and developmental disabilities.

This ban looks pretty well deserved. As for others not getting punished, they're likely in a different spot in the punishment tiers.

Feel free to submit a support ticket, but I find it unlikely they will overturn this.
