League community makes you a bad person

When I started playing league, I was competitive but positive. After years of wading through every game of sarcastic, trolling, immature, backhanded BS, now I'm just a part of the problem. I take breaks, weeks, months on end. Come back feeling optimistic, and the first game is all trolls minus my duo, who immediately start spewing insults every time you offer legitimately helpful advice. I've played hundreds and hundreds of games, and I can count on 1 hand the number of times someone has responded maturely and positively to a preemptive statement about laying down vision, or positioning etc. (that is to say helpful information, phrased in a positive way, and not "oh you should have done this" or "aw why would you do this?".

Now I'm pretty over it and only play as a force of habit. Nobody could even be nice to me because I'd just expect them to be trolling or waiting to burst into insults and negativity at any moment. It's partly the internet in general is full of people like this, because it breeds them by destroying decent people. Spreads like a disease.

So give me my chat bans, 50% from instigating, 50% from community ganging up on you when you defend yourself. And queue all the sheep "if you got chat bans then that means you're just a bad person, Rito system is perfect".
