Kalista that didn't ult for an entire game.

I had a Kalista in a match where she didn't ult the entire game. She never said anything the whole match, either. I reported for giving up and intentional feeding, adding a note that she hadn't ulted during the match. This seemed reportable, maybe punishable, but wanted to know your thoughts.

To me, that kind of sounds like she was just an unskilled player (which you can't report people for anymore). It sucks having those people on your team when it happens but you can't really punish people just for being bad.

Did she pair with you at all?

Glancing at your match history, she's got a non-terrible KDA and a regular build, decent CS, etc. That's hardly inting.

I had a Kalista in a bot game that was terrible. I get it it is bots fine. But we were actually losing every lane due to feeding.

So I typed like multiple times USE YOUR item shard to declare partner. I type it a second or third time, and finally Kalista said I have never played Kalista before trying it out... So I type USE YOUR item shard for your ult again lol.

It was ridiculous. In the end it was bots so it didn't matter. But I was pretty upset when I tried to help her use her Ult and she never even chose a partner the whole game.

Actually you were better off, she could've paired with a squishy and thrown em into the enemy to troll. I find that reportable, but even then you can justify that she didn't know she could use it defensively (to save the squishy), or that she could actually change who to be paired with. I once told this to a Kalista and she just refused to believe me and/or try it.

He/she may be one of those players who /mutes everyone before the match and just doesn't talk. Looking at the match, I wouldn't consider it reportable. There's no sign of giving up in their build, or the locations of their deaths, and you said that they didn't talk, so they didn't start with the "gg ff@20" at 2 minutes in. And there's no indication of any intentional feeding. They are clearly not just trying to die, or running it down a lane, or building troll items. It sounds like he/she just didn't know how to use the ult properly and didn't do it. Which, given that it's not a damage-dealer, isn't quite the same as not using a Miss Fortune ult (for example).

Is it a bit unskilled, sure. Did it lead to missed opportunities for initiations/saves, definitely. Does it mean they were not trying to win, no.
