How is it possible for me to get the same inting toxic flamer 3 games in a row after several people blocked and reported this person?

I was trying to try out some new builds on champions in AI games and this person was in 3 GAMES IN A ROW.

Come on Riot, I blocked them the first game, that means I don't wanna play with them again, ever. Especially when they intentionally give up first blood then teleport back to their ward under tower and int again in the first 2 minutes, tilting my midlaner.

Why this person wasn't banned within 2 games for at least a day and is probably still not banned after 10 games of doing it is beyond me.

That happens, especially in lower levels or modes that aren't necessarily popular. Speaking from experience, I was being harassed on an alt account. Ended up in game with this person three times in a row. They were upset because it was ARAM and I wouldn't trade the first game. By the third game, they had nicknamed me "useless- chan" alongside other various insults.

I simply said I'd reported them for each game because they were reportable for ever game. After the third game in which he asked why he wasn't banned yet, he hasn't played since. It's been almost 20 days now.

Basically, yeah, it sucks, you're gonna tilt or lose, but just keep reporting them. It'll happen eventually if they really are ban worthy.
