Riot Banned My Account For "Safety Reasons" And Now They Wont Give It Back
I have had this account since 2011, and it has been recently banned on October 10th, 2017. I submitted a Ticket asking why it was banned, and they say its for my safety to return it to the original owner. They asked questions that literally nobody would remember for 6 year, there were only 4 that I could answer.
I answered them and they reply that its still the wrong info and that theyre keeping the account banned. What good does this do? Youre legit banning my account for my safety? Its literally doing the opposite.
At least refund the money on the account that I spent this year if youre just gonna perma ban it because I dont remember the first 5 champions I bought on the account. Who in the world remembers this kind of stuff?
