Won't happen.

However, there's a way you can disable your own chat - it involves a tool called AutoHotKey and a script that makes it so you can't press enter while the game is up.

I've downloaded it but how do i write a script on this? i'm confused and the tutorial on it doesn't mention how to write it.

You take the text in the quote box from that post, open notepad, paste the text in, save it, and then use AutoHotKey to load that file.
