[Client] Level up but no capsule?

As i am writing this at 4:07 AM eastern coast NA, i have just hit level 27 on my smurf account and when i went to loot to open my capsule while in queue for my next game i couldn't see the capsule. i saw the hexchest i got for a previous game and that was it. Is this a bug?

Btw, i know it doesn't look like i have just leveled up, but i have the experience boost for 30 days currently running on my account and only needed about 70 experience to level up to 27.
