why cant you report people from previuos lobbys
Trolls who dont get they want so do troll picks and summs to get people to dodge and those who ban people you hovered?

So...You want to report someone because they dont play who you want They dont play How you want They dont pick the summoners you want They dont conform to YOUR view of the meta.
Oh yeah lets all just stop thinking or having any individuality. Lets ban anyone who thinks for themselves. Keep watering down the term "Troll" It is already as worthless at this point as "Troll: Anyone who doesnt do what I say or I dont approve of"
LEts just ban anyone who doesnt play like you, or at your skill level.
Because even if you did report them, they wouldn't get punished due to how invalid your report would be. Just because they picked a champion and summoner spells that aren't within your standards doesn't mean they're trolling. People are free to play any champion they wish and use any summoner spells they wish because that isn't against the policy. Unless they purposely went against the Terms of Use, they wouldn't even get flagged.
