looking for a team

Hey all, looking for a ranked team to play with. I main top/mid, but excel as jungle or supp. moderate adc which im working on. as sup I pref an aggressive adc, but not over aggressive. was silver 5. but playing solo ranked has killed me. I don't like to blame team but I just want a team who works together. even 10 kills down anyone can win with teamwork. I have mic
