AFK Ban

I've had this ban on my account for the past year. I stopped playing league because I don't like the fact that I have to wait in a 20 minute queue before hand. Then after the 20 minute queue and I actually get queued the lobby gets dis-banned then I have to wait another 20 minutes. Every time that happens I just close league. I'm not gonna wait 40 minutes + just to wait to get in game. Who knows if Ill get into a game the second time around. So then I'd be waiting 60+ minutes. For being AFK more then a year ago. I think League needs to do a better job at tackling the problem. Maybe replace an AFK with a bot because a bot is better then nothing. They also need to take care of the ban Because that 20 minute ban has been on my account forever. Which is ridiculous because its made the game a complete turn off. What happens if an AFK happens again? I get a perma-ban ? League this banned has caused me to stop playing for the last 2 years and it might be affecting other people as well. The least you can do is just make the ban on the first time you queue not on every time the match gets dis-banned. A year with this punishment isn't long enough Riot?
