I got 4786 and i was like wow that's lame because I wanted to by a 4800 champ. So I play another game and get 4868. Alright cool now time to go get my champ. Not enough IP/RP. That's stupid af. So I log out and log back in. Still same thing. So I'm like fine riot. You and your bull shit all the time let me hop in another game. I play another game and get 4947. Still not enough. Now riot, you've always been on bull shit so buying RP is never going to happen anymore. If this is a game to make me buy it with RP even though I have enough IP that's not going to happen.

Aha, yes!!!!!!!!!! I'm having this same issue man. It's happened for about 4-5 days for me. Where I just cannot buy anything.

It should be a graphic bug if you recently bought a champ, try to close and reopen the client.

I had this problem for a little bit aswell. All you have to do is submit a ticket with support telling them that your IP visual balance is higher than the actual balance. They will refresh your account and it will be fixed in no time. If u want to see your actual balance you can go preview a rune in store and the remaining IP plus the rune cost will show you your real balance. Just a visual bug. :)
