Toxicity

Queued up for bot main and jg secondary, I get into champ select and pick my champion. I decide to go jg ezreal to try it out. I go into game and every lane is losing not to mention when Ashe was leashing she stole the blue, so I was just trying to clear and not gank lanes that would indefinitely get me killed. So around this time the score is 12 - 2 I ask if we should ff whole team says no and just keep playing. Then I start to get crazy ms lag and wifi cuts out for about a minute causing me to disconnect. I join back and I am getting flamed by my cassio, she calls me "you fucking ape". At this time I know the game is over and I am pretty sure my team did too. So the game ends, I go into end of game screen and the cassio says "You should shoot yourself for going afk". I was afk for less than a minute. I tried my best not to go off on her and just reported yet no consequence was applied to her. Her is about 3 hours later and I am actually pissed that she didn't get a punishment. She literally told me to commit suicide. Should she be banned?
