Hate speech can escalate you to a permaban, period. Also no one is 100% on the time decay for an account to 'reform' after a 2 week suspension -- but you did mention you were 'less toxic' after yours; that still shows you were not yet reforming in riot's eyes. This chat was the final straw so to speak.

lol you said you were a D3 jungler when you are only P3. It seems like you said the amumu was a bronze jungler, but he was P1. He went 6-3-22 and carried while you went 2-11-7 and shit talked your team, when they were all doing so much better than you. You called them low elos but you were literally the worst on the team and the 2 other P3s on your team have higher elo than you.

Every once in a while I get forced to play with little bitches like you, seeing you permabanned puts a huge smile on my face. Thanks for sharing this with us.

You're pretty toxic but I still wouldn't permaban for that. I can see why they would though. The Draconian System is not called 'The Draconian System' for no reason.

EDIT: By the way, my hate-followers , I've actually said "The Draconian System" so much that the phrase is now keyworded to me on google , LOL.
