Does getting honored count for how fast you drop a punishment tier?

I had a 14 day ban, after which I decided to reform and be a much better team player.

Nearly 2 months and over 250 games later (I am still paranoid of a perma ban, Riot support didn't tell me if I have dropped a punishment tier though) I have been allowed to earn hextech loot and have received a good amount of honors from my teammates. Does that count in how fast a punishment tier drops though?

Thanks.

i got a 10 game chat ban, cause i will admit to being a dick, but after about 10 days I have been earning hextech stuff again.

Recieving honor as far as I know does not decrease the time needed to get back in good standing.

Honor system has nothing to do with the behavioral system.
