Enemy trist called me dumb first so I called her same when he threw like bang in worlds for fun. And 'oh shit' was just i got one shot by enemy support veigar. Singed was crying in whole game with afk. We could've told more shitty words but tried to keep them in mind. Is calling a thrower a baby worse than actually abandoning the game?

And this is why you got the ban. You were quite toxic to your retaliation to your claim of someone insulting you. If someone is being toxic to you, you have to mute them. Ignore them. And don't type back. You asking for a report is actually a bannable offense. Especially here since you said,

You kept saying "Enjoy your ban". No one wants to see that kind of negative response from anyone on the team. You kept harassing the Singed. So yea, this ban is fair.

Why would I say that if singed just tried to explain? You know what he said entire game? He said that I actually threw and abandoned the whole game like 100 times. Should I have explained everytime? I just said enjoy your ban. How is this toxic?

I understand your frustration when people are toxic to you. As for saying "Enjoy your ban", it's toxic because you're telling that player he's going to lose that account just to get him mad. You're being a negative influence on your team is a toxic thing to do in general. Anything between "Enjoy your ban", "Please Report", and threatening to take any sort of action against someone's account is just wrong and isn't your call to make. That's between the toxic player and Riot company. The only thing you can do when someone is toxic is mute them. Don't even ask the enemy team to report. If someone does something against the summoner's code and made the gaming experience terrible, it will be reviewed and then they will get flagged when you report them.

Again, time for the official disclaimer by riot games

You are responsible for your own actions, regardless of other people actions.

This is something you can agree or disagree with, but from riot games perspective you were flaming and harassing other players. Had you simply reported the singed post game, he would have been the only one at risk to get a ban, instead you chose to attack him and be at risk.

So you think the ban is fair then? I personally don't report players when we have an afk on our team, but you broke the rules of the game when you started flaming. from a rules perspective, you are at fault here and you were actually toxic. From a ethical perspective, there could be an argument that you weren't at fault here. However considering this game is made by riot and the rules that were set up by riot were broken by you, I can say they had all the right to ban you in this situation.

Okay. So I couldn't be nice to thrower who ruined my whole team's game intentionally and I lost my account permanently. Pretty fair. Love you riot games.

I did have bans before and I knew this was the last chance. So I've hardly tried to be cool, not raging. But when your team throws when you are carrying, could you just stay cool? I tried. But how do i fking know 'enjoy your ban' is harrasment. Who reads all those fking long summoner rules essay .

Again I don't stay cool, that is why I said in my original post that you could argue that this ban is unfair. I personally learned a long time ago that all these people want is for somebody to validate them in their shitstorms.

I had a ranked game on my main account that I started 7/1 in top lane. I lost that because our twitch decided that he would rather act like a 4 year old. The reason I said nothing to him was not because I was not mad at him(I was), but because I knew that is what all 4 year olds want. So I simply punched the stress ball I have specially for players like him and reported him after the game.

I am sorry you lost your account, I really am. I think you had a bad game and you in no way deserve this, but in the end, like any other company, if riot doesn't enforce the rules the same across everybody people will see it as an excuse to break it.

I hope you realize everyone who plays this game has to deal with people like that on a daily basis. But the difference between how you handled it, and the rest of us is that you are basically making the problem worse. You arent solving anything by talking to this person, so why bother and risk your account? Most of us who play this game that have to deal with people like that just mute them and report them after the game. We dont give them the satisfaction of taking their bait when they troll or be toxic. We ignore them as if they dont exist and that pisses them off even more which would lead to them acting up more giving them more evidence when you report them.

its not about being nice to them. Just dont acknowledge them and you will never be punished!

Well, in this case you have been repeatedly toxic and weren't able to reform. This is indeed the "straw that broke the camel's back" case.

If you would like more insight into your behavior then you should message riot games to see what more evidence they have against you.

Anyway, what you should have done is realised your account was on the edge of a perma and not even bothered to respond to toxicity. I'm really sorry you didn't realize this in time to protect yourself from being banned by taking the steps to reform your behavior.

If you do decide to continue playing this game, know that riot does allow you to create another account so you have the chance to reform again. However, the banned account is gone with practically no hope of retrieving it.

Agreed. Basically flaming. If they are Inting or AFK literally all you have to do is finish the match and let Justice be served. Your only job was to not do what you did.
