Voice chat in league

I've played league since season 3 and I've had a great time, but one thing has bothered me all these years. There is no voice chat in the game. Now I know some people feel that voice chat will just cause more toxic behavior, but I feel differently about voice chat. I feel as though voice chat would lower the toxicity levels in a lot of games. People are toxic after something bad happens. If there was voice chat the bad thing could have been avoided through someone simply saying mia mid or communicating where the enemy team is. I just feel there is no way to communicate effectively in league anymore.

Now there will be the trolls in voice chat playing music or just trolling the other players. Its the same in every other games with voice chat like in csgo, but the players actually playing the game will benefit from being able to communicate their intentions to their team or to let their team know what to do if they're in a bad spot in the game. So many times in games I've wanted to tell someone what I wanted to do or what I wanted them to do but I couldn't because I didn't want to waste valuable time typing to them. That another huge problem.

When someone starts raging in league and they start flaming, they often stand still in game and will just type to the other teammates responding to what the team is saying. I feel as though this is detrimental to the game because the game is all about time conservation and making the most of your time to get the most gold possible especially in laning phase.
