Looking to make a small gaming community

I want to make a small gaming community because the last one that I was a part of fell apart. I'm looking for people who can help me with recruiting and everything that comes with a community. I don't have a teamspeak server so that would be the first priority. I know there is other free voice software but ts is most used so i would like to it. I might use discord which is another free voice comms. So if any people want to come help me out I would appreciate it. I want dedicated people that will actually care about the community. I have a lot of free time so I'm looking for people who also have a lot of free time.
