I had 2 people in a game called me a N word and it was full on the word itself and not short. So I reported both of them yet they do not get punished. Why? I thought I read that riot has a ZERO TOLERANCE for this kind of stuff. Did something change and its ok to call someone the N word or N lover? So confused....
Damn mate, people are just immature and they are some 12 year olds who have no life in real world and come to league of legends to cuss at you to feel good about themselves. They are probably some short and weak racists who can't fight you which is why they are cussing at you.
IIRC, you only get the notification of their punishment if your report was the one which pushed them over the edge. If they happened to get banned one game later, you won't get the notification.
What I don't get is... why is it used as an insult in the first place... Nothing wrong with black people. :l But, it doesn't always tell you if they get punished. You can always write down their summoner names and check every day if they're still playing. Chances are they got banned for a couple of weeks or then they just received a chat ban.
From what I've observed a few curse words or derogatory terms within the game doesn't mean instant punishment. Its more of a constant feed of harassment throughout the game that will get you in trouble, even if provoked
