For people who say after 3 months you will be reformed and can use hextech crafting
Its been longer then 3 months now and still unable to use it so please stop lying to people about after 3 months you're "reformed"

The 3 months thing is for the Instant Feedback System.(standard behavioral punishments)
The Hextech Crafting apparently uses a different system for determining "reformed" status. The current thought is that the time required varies based on the severity of previous offense.
Riot has stated they are working on something that will make your current status and progress to reformed status(in regards to Hextech Crafting) more clear.

Just saying for the people saying its 3 months need to stop trolling lol. Under 2 weeks? I find that hard to believe. Also still not all too sure if people can be reformed by roit.
It was an estimate based on how long it takes a punishment teir to drop. A rioter comment later elaborated that it is actually different for each person, and that they are working on a way to make this status visible to the player
i saw ppl who were able to use it after 2 weeks again. you arent reformed enough i guess.
I got reformed in 30-40 games after about 10 days, while acting like a dick just not arguing as much. My belief is that getting Honorable Opponent and friendly lowers your hextech restrict time, I have no proof of this though.
