he had like 20 accounts permabanned for toxicity thats about 700 chat restrictions about 40 weeks banned combined to fix his behavior he spent almost a year (about 2/3) banned and still couldnt fix his behevior, im not saying what he did wasnt justified, but at some point he had to have stopped and realized he needed to chill
