Eventually I was able to understand that I was at least being borderline toxic but yeah the 14 day ban seemed pretty random. I will post interesting sections of my ticket.

Swearing at others, accusing them of illegal activities, calling others names, complaining about your team in all chat, taunting others with reports and bans, and asking others to report all just escalate the negative environment that others may have set. But I dont see anything we have a zero tolerance policy against or anything too extreme and I do see you skipped a chat restriction. So I went ahead and reduced the suspension down to a 25 game restriction, you should be able to log in and play now.

Moving forward, I'd recommend you mute players, maybe even move the chat off the screen (this is what I do) and focus on your own game play. Make sure to report negative players after the game as well so we can look into it for you. This not only protects yourself from the verbal negativity but it also helps in keeping your account safe.

However, you are ultimately in control of your own actions and responsible for what you choose to say, even if it’s in response. Retaliating to negativity with negativity only contributes to it

If I had no idea why i got 14 day bad, then I would never know whether I could be banned again. I don't want permaban ;_;
