Banned for Third Party

Hi All, I woke up on this wonderful Friday morning and checked my email to find that I had received a ban for using third party software. Confused in why I received this as my last game was almost three months ago, I checked my match history. I found out that my account had played two games on howling abyss as kennen and kalista. As a Diana main (I literally only play diana), I was confused about how this wasn't detected as fraudulent use and why I was even banned to begin with? I don't think I have played a single match on howling abyss in 2+ years and have never played a game with Kalista. I put in a ticket to Riot, but have yet to hear back. Has anyone dealt with this before? Not sure who had access to my account or how they got it, but I am sure that Riot needs to individually be reviewing these cases before just whipping out the hammer of judgement.

Honestly, the "bot" may have been the second pentakill I have on my account since S3. I'm not very good.

Hopefully, I can get some resolution here.
