I was banned until 22feb and today is 25feb but i still bann and on mails riot said this : Greetings lordofdarkworld,

A security-related ban is one that can be reversed, but it can be a long process and not garranteed.

It's a permaban. According to this list, its for account security purposes. I would send in a support ticket immediately. In addition scan your computer for viruses and malware and change all of your passwords, especially the e-mail associated with your League account.
