I lost promo beacuse of bug :(

I was starting a ranked game (first promo) then when queue show up i coudn´t get in the champion select beacuse server was lagging.I think that wasnt my internet, usualy i dont have net problems, after 1m i had to leave the queue. When i backed to my account i did lost a promo and i was on queue banned for 5m :( . Even disserves this.
