Previous behavioral restrictions... how long?

I have been unable to receive loot due to previous behavioral restrictions (two chat restrictions, one 10 game followed by a subsequent 25 game). I think I learned my lesson but I'm wondering how long it will be before I can start to receive chests and keys again? Has anyone else lost the privilege and then regained it - how long did it take?

With the very high volume of toxic players on the game, I don't imagine they would have the time to regularly review players with previous restrictions unless it is just done through an automated system (ie: play x amount of games without a report)..
