got chat banned for being toxic i mean thats sucks when you lose honor lvl just for being toxic thats really sucks i didnt knew if chat ban could make things like that. i don't blame riot to ban me because i was mean to some guy who was toxic to me but this honor lvl lock really sucks.. is there are anyways i can just get honor lvl back i mean i was lvl 2 but its better than nothing. [zombie-brand-mindblown]

After a lot of playing and beeing honorable you can unlock honor and then rank up from honor lv 0.
