I started lol 2 days ago i like it as game but people are toxic its ok i mute them. But today i reported kha zix who had so much salt than i got message from riot thanks for assist i mean he got banned and thanks for that. later some player named <Removed by Moderation> added me and told me to dont play pvp i am sure this guy was khazixs friend because i never played with some 49 lvl player and also to go doctor because i have mental disabilities. i felt so sad about this person I found player named <Removed by Moderation> lol stats i am not sure if its this guy but name is same and lvl is same... can i do anything about people like that i mean is there are ways to report. after chat before i answered he/she just removed me maybe even blocked me away. Sorry for my English. [zombie-brand-clap]

you can report the player with a support ticket, i assume riot can bring up your account messages. They spent the time to add you then harass you.

By the way: i understood your English well enough to get what your talking about!
